Objectives:
The clients wanted their home to have a more gracious architectural character to suit the spectacular waterfront location.
Results:
A guest suite and mudroom were added between the updated garage and expanded kitchen. A timber structured vaulted roof and gable was added to the living room to open it up to the water views and natural light. The timber vault was also expressed on the new front entry porch.
