Objectives:

To transform the standard developer spec style interiors of this spectacular 3-level waterfront home to a more sophisticated style reflective of the owners taste and functional requirements. 

Results:

Rough face stone on the Living Room fireplace was replaced with more elegant marble and limestone slabs and new cabinetry to hide audio visual equipment and provide display space. The bathrooms (including a Master Ensuite, Powder Room and Guest Bathroom) all received new luxurious stone tile & slab finishes as well as new modern, floating cabinets, under cabinet lighting and fixtures.  An existing bedroom was converted to allow for two separate walk-in closets off the Master Bedroom. Additional space was incorporated into the renovated  Ensuite to allow space for a unique “His and Hers” back-to-back vanity. At the lower level new built-in bookshelves & cabinets were designed to accommodate a collections of prized books and complement a “Games Room” adjacent to the pool deck.
