Objectives:
With three growing children, the clients wanted a classically styled, family oriented home design.
Results:
To accommodate a lower level garage the home was raised up half a level which had the added advantage of allowing more natural light into the games room. The communal rooms are connected with views through doorways but can be closed off to contain noise and ensure privacy when separate adult and child gatherings are taking place.
