location: WEST VANCOUVER
Objectives:
To update tired looking rooms & expand the cramped family living areas with purposeful additions to an existing home.
Results:
A main floor addition to the kitchen/dining/living wind provides more spacious & gracious family and entertainment space adjacent to the outdoor patio & pool. At the opposite end of the house a new garage wing is crowned with a view-facing glass & timber sunroom creating a contemplative & cozy area adjacent to the new media/exercise room. These additions have been designed to complement the existing craftsman style aesthetic of the home & together with elegant updated finishes in the kitchen & bathrooms have created a home that will stand the test of time and meet the needs of a large family.
